what are you using to program the new chip
did you prepare it or is it blank pcf7936

It was empty, I used the key tool and precoded it under mitsubishi pcf7936, Later I went to the car and tried to get the Abrites key, pin 940f, erase keys suces, change pin suces, key program I press yes - communication error.

Can't somehow save the key manually in eprom?

be sure the battery is fully charged
i have done it by T300 clone its easy
or you can use tango zed bull or key tool max from vvdi
