Hi everyone, I am looking at buying PCMFlash as the price seems good and i can select the protocols that i would be using,

Virtual reading, writing, checksum correction.

I want to understand before i buy what protocols can i use?

All listed above or only VAG EDC17CP44, EDC17C46, EDC17C64

Also if you have any feedback on this tool?

If VR is not available...
Find frf file and send to support...
They will Add VR fast...

If you will cover all vag Edc17 and also by K Line...
Buy also module 65...

work fine on all protocols and support is really reactive and good for this prices..you can go
problem is just no real good updates since 1 year (clones out)..

we espere good updates this year Oleg :D

Yes, he loose a big amount of money...
Our Chinese friends sell thousands of clones...

But money is necessary to make new protocols...
He lost also a lot of time to cut out the Clones from updates...
To get them out of updates...
Before 1.2.1 even Clones could make updates and use VR...

3 days ago ordered module 54 and open port, lets see their capacity.


I see its recommanded in too many places as good software.


The only disavantage is that if u lose dongle there is no transfer means u lose ur money and need to purchase all modules from the beginning

I never tried, but instead of spending money in cable another cable that might not work, why don't you buy scanmatik 2, it's an excellent and reliable tool. You can use as passthru with other programs like ODIS engineering and others. i can recommend a seller from UK, let me know if you are interested.

as I know it´s not supported by pcmflash...

you can use tactrix openport up to 25V...
or also both scanmatik...

for sure also other HW...
log in for free on pcmflash forum, they will advice you 100%...

It's working fine and make all as described. After purchasing you will have a link to stock database (can be downloaded by a single file).

mostly no...
VAG only VR...
BMW is not supported...
Mercedes mostly VR, but some EDC also real read...

for other brands check pcmflash forum or reseller sites...
