Hello,

I have door lock from this car and I need to make working key. I have also boot lock but for now I need to know how to input wafers from door lock, to cut key. Then I want to disassemble boot lock to search for missing ones, because door lock is not complete.

Please look at the pictures below and if someone know how to put those wafers in instacode, I will be very thankful.

Its better to start from the boot lock that is complete

put the same wafers on the door lock and see what positions and wafers are different

also the car must have glovebox lock that will give you another few wafers

with the info from these 3 locks and Insta you will find the full code or will be very close

I can't strip the boot lock, that's why I want to make key from door lock and see if it turns boot lock. Or just want to know how to input thse wafers from door lock to instacode. Anyone?

there is 2 different configurations used on door , ignition and trunk . you need to id which configuration yours is , then use instacode find biting function and input what you have.

if you serach mercedes , show all models then hu39 in search , then select w126 , open series and you will see the tab saying lock positions , this details the 2 different wafer configurations so you can id which you have , then choose find biting function and enter what you have and it will give you your options and possibilities.

But I don't know how to properly enter bittings because some of them are full wafers and some half wafers.

But I already put last 4 (2 each side) from this door lock and I have only 3 possibilities :O

I must be luck because I correctly transfered known wafers to instacode and voila, only 1 possible cutting and the key is complete and working.
