Simple solution get your hands on T4 or autologic and just program BCU not to flash with different mileage

Ok this will go on forever you have this choices 1- set the mileage u want on the cluster and as tacho says set bcu to 0 then update 2-disable the flashing as mensioned previously 3-set mileage in cluster and bcu exactly the same. PS I just done one last week and I also pulled my hair out

Done loads of these and had miles flashing, just do both units again but this time adjust the value that you put in by 100km either up or down, do this until you find a km reading that does not flash. put EXACT KM in both units, if it don't work first time try again.
