Sorry mate ... the original code ..is 5000....if after entering it i goes to 9 SAFE,,, then I'm afraid it has been recoded at some time in the past ....

??????? why not 3456 ..or 5678 .... There are no set codes mate ....And when you use all your 10 chances .. your fcuked .. after all there are only 9,999... possible combinations .... BP 8525340075
Gives a code of 5000 in the calc .....If it does not work ... it has been recoded ....

Even if you go a official opel website don?t work on this case!!!!
Even on a radio who have pass for me to!!!
I change all original codes of the radios i takes.

Dear Jose,

Since today i am a member of digital kaos because i was searching the net due to a problem with my radio. I red your post and think that you know a lot of it. Let say, more than i do hahaha.
I have a question and want to ask you directly, but also by post for the others so they can also solvve theire problems.

I have bought a opel astra f convertible and it came up with a radio cd (blaupunkt cd 300 rds) and a code card. My question is, when the code is on safe mode can i still fix the thing. It has worked when i bought it but only one radio trans and the cd worked, i could not use any buttons to change a cd or a radiotransmitting.

it is giving SAFE and then "10 - - - -" after i put power on it.
