9970 is before dieselgate?

Hi, i have in car EDC17C46 (skoda superb) with number 03L 906 018 JC...but frf files for this ECU i have only 9979,9978 and 9970... Is 9970 before dieselgate update?and its " safe " flash .frf this ecu with VCP clone? Thanks for answers :)

The file 9970 is the first version the second to 9978 comes to correct small errors like "noise of the injection and of the EGR" and finally the version 9979 that comes with such dieselgate changes in the injection and in the regenerations .....

For my number exist only 9970 frf this must be before dieselgate like AVD say..
