Toyota Hilux Surf 1996 remote programming

Hi,
Does anyone know the procedure to program a remote on this car? Toyota Hilux Surf 1996.
I've found this module under the drivers seat so for sure it has a remote but don't know the procedure to program it..

This is the second car with this kind of module that I have to leave it like that?
Nobody knows how to program a remote?

Car is all keys lost so don't have an original remote but definitely has a remote.
