Hello guys
I have a problem with this car MB W204 220CDI ECU Delphi CRD
When writing remapping file pass well without any errors i have to say the problem when starting the car
With the first run start it works well
With the second start the engine does not work with fault flashing ESP
I don't know exactly what the problem is!!!! maybe bad checksum or something like that please somebody can check checksum are good or not

What tool did you use to write the file...

Have you scanned for DTC's...

Have you tried to write ORI again to see if that fixed the problem...

Who tuned the remap file...

I have written lots of CRD3 with Kess no problem

Writing was done by ktag and there is no any DTC error in the diagnosis
Yes, we return it writing back again the original file The car start works without any problem
tuned by a new guy i got to know him recently

Yes writing MPC
Not manual cksum i don't know Maybe not because we can't do that
the tuned guy he say me that checksum only by your tool
i think problem in the checksum help me pls

ktag don´t correct chksum on mpc...
also it does not coorect cksum on flash...

read cal area, modify that what you want and write it back...
cksum will be corrected...

You Have Checksum Problem, Ktag Don't Correct It, To Solve Your Problem, Here Is The Solution:

Write Back Original File, Then In Ktag Don't Select Micro, Select Maps And Read, File Should Have 2.5 Mb, Then Post Your File Here, Then Will Give You Mod File
