Can't remap toyota-Denso LC120?

Hi.My parts supplier has asked me to reprogram yourToyota LC120 3.0 d4dI am very unlucky with these Denso ECUs.A friend has tried to read it with:CMD Galleto Y Mag Pro and has not let you read it.With KTag he has managed to read but does not let him write it.Can't these vehicles be reprogrammed?What is the cheapest tool or "clone" to do it?Since I made very few and never had problems like this.
