E90 DDE 7 clone issues.

Hi, I have an 06 E90 in with water damaged ECU DDE 7 0281012754. I couldn't read anything by BDM. I got several ECUs but none with same numbers. I tried swapping eeprom but I get no communication when I do. I took flash and eeprom off ori and transferred to donor ECU 0281012334 . Still no communication. I can read flash and eeprom by BDM when transferred to donor. The question is will I be able to get ECUs number 0281012334 or 0281012501 to work in place of 0281012754 and how to do it? Thanks.

You need read mpc, eeprom and flash.
You could do easy before if you just read ISN from ecu and push into cas :O.
