help Retrieving SKC code

can anyone help me get SKC code from Saved dumps of my ECU or Cluster
my car is Golf MK4 GLS 2.0 Automatic Model 2005
i have saved the dumps using Vag K can commander
VAG-ME7.1.1/7.5/7.8 wake up pattern 11 (only one that worked) For ECU
and VDO cluster

225807 kilometers

It appears the ECU read is a bad read. I'm not sure if a China/clone VAG commander setup can successfully read the ECU?
