R270+ Software issue

I had a hard drive crash on my XP laptop this week. I've loaded a new laptop (Windows 7) with most of my old software. I tried installing the software to my R270+ but after installing in XP mode it works fine but all the connection pictures are missing. Can anyone help? I'm wondering if it's because it's 7 instead of XP. (BTW i have used it to read a Cas3 to make sure it was working and it was) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance/.

Try to install this , should be ok. Check your antivirus as well.

Same problem, i AM having with w7:64
You can copy paste the bmp in the folder.
Still the start pop up bmp missing Will remain.
