Customer lost all keys to 07 grand caravan

Pulled skreem module and eeprom read pin with autel is 3280

Car says Incorrect pincode

Had customer go to dealer and get pin and its the same 3280

Is their an issue with the skreem?

Or is this a problem elsewhere

What route does the pincode take for verification?

Cluster?
Pcm?

WHen pincode is correct but failed coding, meaning hardware problem.

Why don't make key by you skeem's dump?

I have no shame in saying I do not know how to do that in this case

I have done it on other vehicles

But I do not know where the key data is stored in this dump

I know where to find pin line 0e0 column 6 and 5

So in dump looks like 00 00 00 00 80 32

So pin is 3280 confirmed by dealer

Where is key data located in dump?

Please I will love you forever

2007 should be iD46, so no manual key in dump. You need something like Tango, VVDI2, iprog clone can do too.

Iprog clone you say?

Let me see what I can do

Any other suggestions?

Do you think the fault lies in the skreem itself?

Or is it failing to sync to pcm during programming?

You can get incorrect code if vin is mismatched in vehicle ecu.

Skeem is immobox just diffrent name. I repair some, many for Nissan NATS5. Chevro Aveo, Old Grand Cherokee.

Maybe your case need learn the history this car before came to you as AKL.

will that work on the pacifica system

Is there an immo off option for these?

Pacifica-Not sure- the only Chrysler vans I have done were type 2. Immo off- I have no idea, I have never explored that option, I don't know my way around circuit boards like you and many of our fellow DK'ers. I also used T300, older version, for rewriting vin, though maxidas 708 may help too. It is at the edge of what I can do, just kind of stumbled through the menu. If you have t-300, you might be able to make it work on Pacifica, worth a try.

Did you read fault codes? If pcm was changed it will still accept the pin its just that the immo will be active with an pcm vin mismatch error
i have added keys to these vechiles with vvdi2. also try leaving the ignition for an hour to unlock the immo just in case it went into lockmode which usually happens when the incorrect pin code is tried 3x. but read the error codes on the skreem/skim module info there might determine the root of the problem
