Skoda Fabia 2015 keyless problem

I had customer with Fabia 2015 keyless with original key 6V0959752E

I generated XH key the key is programmed and work keyless and remote but the original stop work keyless only emergency

after that I tried maybe all possible XH MQB models but no success to have 2 working keys

I tried to program only the original key and keyless and remote again doesnt work

on the dash fault - B128B00 incorrect key programming - remote control

Finally I programmed 1 XH that work remote and keyless and the original one that work emergency

any clue about this

I disconected the battery for around 2-3 minutes without success do you think that need 10 minutes

I had same problem on 2019 mqb Polo . It was not a keyless system! But had a similar fault and would not learn remote! I was adding a dealer supplied key using dealer tool.

Someone advised me to disconnect battery for at least 10mins and it work straight away!

Other strange thing is that the programmed XH key work keyless and remote but don't have emergency function

When you program the key 1 time you can't reprogram it again - if you want to program again must generate again with VVDI like new key make again dealer key and program to the car

That is strange, have you an oem or aftermarket keyless key to try, Not Xh ?

I have aftermarket for Passat B8 instock but not tried - will try if the customer come back

I think that aftermarket for passat B8 will work because XH key prepared for B8 passat work on this Fabia

also maybe I have instock the same shape keyless aftermarket but must check

I preffer to program XH keys and I use aftermarket keys only for AKL with Autel

I had cover this loss by making 2 new keys fir ownrr. And third ori key left like service key.

What keys did you programmed - XH or aftermarket?

I can't do 2 fully working XH keys - always work only one and they don't have emergency start function

I ordered few aftermaket keys and will call the customer to come back

I suspect that all XH keys that is programmed on VAG keyless cars will not work on emegency start only keyless

I will be very surprised to see video on XH key how work without battery on emergency start

Today I tried again with aftermarket key

I programmed first the new key and then the original key - all on the new key work fine + emergency on the original key work only the emergency start

after that I programmed first the origrinal key then the new key and now the original is fully working but on the new key only emergency work

Finaly I think that this car original have only 1 keyless key and 1 emergency key and is not possible to be programmed 2 fully working keys - maybe will be possible if someone do online coding with ODIS

also XH keys aren't good for MQB keyless they dont have emergency start also 1 time programmed the key can't be reprogrammed again on the same car and if the customer lost the original key with the XH key will be imposible to be programmed new key must do AKL

I already had this problem on Crafter with 1 remote and 1 transponder key

Maybe if someone change the coding online will be possible

Youre wrong. Its not bmw. You car add many prox. Car from factory comes momimum 3 keys,2 prox,1 chip.

Drugovaz maybe I'm wrong but tell me why only the first programmed key only work - Its the same like on PSA ID46 smart keys where only the first smart key work

If you tried few tools and its same. Than its a soft bug. Which not put prox function corectly to bcm.
I had identical situation i tell you. If you have odis online ,try recode original key only.

You told me that I never will retrive the original key I sorted this problem and the original key now work but is not possible to heve second fully working key

maybe must have 2 exactly the same keys and will have 2 working keys

I thought to do this but when the customer saw that the original key works refused to try anything more :)
