A5 Airbag Internal Control module Memory Check Sum Error

Hi,
I need help with airbag module 8K0959655 5WK43748 from Audi A5, it refuses clearing any codes.
I already tried with Ecuvonix crash remuver but the errors still there.
Eeprom 25320.
