I have a question about cloning SID 804. I know that if I change 93c56 and Flash from old ecu to new one car start, question is can I program keys (one from original ecu one from other car) using incode outcode and Focom? I managed to add 2 keys but Ecu status is rejected and car do not crank and with one key I have a error code "words do not match!". Do I need blank transponder or I need to make synchronization with Ford all in one?

Anyone knows how to do this?
Do I need to make module initalization after adding keys?

Yes, make ecu initialization with diagnostics.

I successful managed to add 2 new key with Focom and incode outcode calculator (1 original and one new blank transponder), problem was transponder chip and after adding to PCM I need to synchro IPC with PCM. Now I have P0091 and P0004 but this is another story. Someone before me mess with this car and Ecu was damaged! Car still does not start but it cranks
