Audi A4 fault code after ADS DPF Remover

Hello,

I have gutted my DPF and used ADS DPF Remover 2017.05 to turn dpf and egr off in the software. My car is running fine and haven't noticed it trying to regen but it has given me 1 fault code (pasted below) Has anyone had this before?

If anyone is feeling generous could they turn the dpf fully off with egr delete and some more power? I have attached original file.
