Need help to change a mileage on 2013 Citroen Dispatch JC BSI Mileage 95128 EEprom

Need help to change a mileage on 2013 Citroen Dispatch JC BSI Mileage 95128 EEprom.
Current mileage 200681 km or 124724 miles.
Need to change to 164118 km or 102000 miles.
Any help?

I think file is ok. Was reading couple of times with different tools. Carprog and Iprog was not able to change a mileage on BSI. I tryed to read eeprom from another, same BSI and result is the same, no chance to change a mileage. Only dashboard did with no problems!
