AUDI A4 2.5 TDI PUMP PROBLEM

Hi friends, i have a customer who has changed the second hand injection pump for a 2002 audi a4 2.5 td. You would need to disable the immo in order to use it. It only has to be flash or eeprom too !? I post the two files. Any tested solution!? Thanks in advance.

If ecu edc15xx+ , flash need to.

For safe time pump autorization go very easy.
Login from your dump is 02030 .
With VCDS this job take ....30sec--->maximum 1 min..... and done!!!

Never had to turn off in flash in 2.5tdi but propably was older ecu..

it is normal - if pump with others numbers - need to be done in flash as well - like in #5

Second hand pump in faultfree state is very very rare

A question, when i make immo off on ecu flash... I have to code this on VCDS with ecu pincode ? Or directly may start the car!?

You should do both, eep and flash the correct way, and install pump and go.


Or read ecu pin and with vcds:- login/security access- 0xxxx- adaption- channel 050- value 32000 change to 0xxxx and test, save, wayt immo to stop blinking and extinguish, turn ign off and wayt 30 seconds. You may start the car.
X refers to pin code digit and you can read pin from ecu with kkl/ vag406 cheap china shit, that have ftdi serial inside without opening ecu or removing other components.
Pump learning on hitler engines are max 5 minutes job with pin read.

Ok, so ... i try all this .. and the problem is the same. The car not start , only cranks but no runs the motor. Maybe the pump no compatible with the car o may have a problem. Thanks anyway :)

Hi again, no one dtc for the pump. Only i have a permanent error with the G80 sensor. Needle lift sensor. The third piloted inyector. I test the ohm and nothing. Maybe this can´t make the vehicle start!?

I wrote to you in post # 12 that you need an "L" ending pump.

I changed such a pump in an Audi A6C5 2003 163PS BFC "J". I read the immo pin and turned it off with Vag K can commander 1.4 / 2.5.

Before I repaired the car, I replaced 2 "regenerated" pumps ( not working) and therefore the car did not start. Only the 3rd pump, unscrewed from another car, worked.(Correctly vented fuel system). Then I turned on the immo and I did the adaptation using vcds.

Nope , the pump not sounds her peculiar buzz. but the injector its given fuel to the motor.
Definetively i have to try with another pump , i´m sure that this donor pump its broken or not compatible. I try with same reference like Mario6 it´s talking . I try this and post result. Thanks to all !

059130106L is old or new pump code? If ,,L "was old pump code, you can adapt pumps with letter J, K, M, N, they are interchangable , need coding by PIN.

Now I have bought ...J pump - and tried it. I was not able to pair it to my IMMO3 A6 where original pump is ...L :(

I carefully followed these (http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/Immobilizer_III_Injection_Pump_Swapping) instructions.
Steps were: 01 - Engine -> Login - 11 -> Adaptation - 10 -> Cannel 50 -> Read -> New value 0xxxx -> Test
Then there come text Malfunction. Saving was still possible, but it didn't change anything. Immo blocks starting attempts.

EDIT: Need to turn immo off from ECU EEPROM. Then I could start the car using J-pump.
