Because I have a question about 0D60J PLCC52 mask
Can the flash memory be read or only the EEPROM?

1.- I have the XProg V6.4 Original, and for curiosity I have reviewed the MCU you are asking for, MC68HC05B16 (0D60J),
and YES, .. the XProg can only R & W in the Eeprom Area.

2.- Also I have reviewed the CarProg programmer, and it is same as XProg, can only R & W in the Eeprom Area.
