I am trying to read incircuit mc9s12xeq chip using vvdi prog

I have connected all the leads like in this diagram. 144pin

when I try to read as unsecured I get message saying chip is crypt this operation needs to decrypt (Correct ID shows)

When I try mc9s12xe_force_unlock I only get trying 0% 2% 4% and all the way to 100 but no luck.

I have not lift the EXTAL pin from PCB as I do not want to damage anything.

Does anyone have idea how I can successfully read this without removing anything ? Maybe another tool?

Forgive me I do not have much experience with mc9s12 mcu yet I am learning and I know there are people here that know more about it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I tried with xprog and it says chip secure.. when I go to reset mcu security only says step1 and keeps loading but doesn’t progress. If anyone help me figure this out I will pay $$$ for help gladly. Thank you !

One key point to be successful with unsecuring 9s12 is the mcu clock must be precisely synchronise with the programmer clock. More details if you PM me, no need to pay $$$ !

MC9S12G64 is in ESCL / ESL of Renault Megane IV and I try to make it virgin
