key is infrared?
open the key and you have a code on the case, give me the code and I'll give you a pin

Why ?

if you know the pin and if the key work and if the receiver work and if you know the proceduer is easy job :)

did you ever programmed NEW ir key to megane 1 , and i am not talking about resync procedure using pin code?

No never programmed new only synhronize existing

but if he don't have original key is better to buy ECU kit with working key

New (or used from another car) needs to be prepared that is why user drz told him it is hard work (not that hard just it is hard for beginner like him). Easiest tool for that would be carprog, 5 wires soldering to key pcb to read/write mcu in circuit.

Probably best option for cars that old is immo off

Immo off and aftermarket remote door lock is the best solution.

Carprog will extract the pin code from key PCB.
