Hi, thanks for your reply, I gave it back to customer on Saturday, I told his to leave it on for 1 hour,

I told him he must not interrupt the power by stopping or starting ignition,

today he phones saying that it had not unlocked, hence why i'm trying to find "unlock"

before he comes back on Wednesday.
