Sprinter edc16cp31 dpf off problems

hi guys,

im looking for manual solution for dpf off for a mercedes sprinter 518 with edc16cp31 2007.

i tried a few automated solutions but it keeps regenerating and smoking white alot.

im not sure if any attemps have been made to mod file before me

this is the read as it came to me (dpf empty already).

maybe bdm read is needed

Don’t know if it had dtc’s as first tried dpf off solutions, i would have to flash ori file back and scan it

Didn’t reset dpf reset first btw, that could possibly help

In Mercedes, resetting is not necessary. You probably have a problem with the injectors.

No it’s regenerating as it’s smokes and idles a little ruff and after 1min it’s all normale.
After a wile it can start regenerating again with lots of smoke.

your file is already dpf off, did you disconnect the temp sensors and the dpf pressure sensor?
