i had one virgin file for the radio but it dont activate theft protection on op-com
can anyone make a new virgin file ?

Do you have also divorced display? If yes and opcom can not marry it, just set correct Medium speed CANconfiguration in EHU (DIS, EHU, UHP, ECC and DAB present or not). Code 4021 is correct

It is just standart at Present
