Help me figure out what's wrong with the dump.The car won't start.
Puma 1.7 gasoline 1998 ECU LP2-110
The keys are placed in the second dump.The machine does not start either on the first dump or on the second.It says error B1213 Anti-Theft number of programed keys is below minimum.
