Mix turkey mince , onion , sage , salt , pepper and breadcrumbs together in a bowl , adding as much egg as needed , for the mixture to stick together.
At this stage , add chopped chilli to taste if you like them with a fiery kick !
Shape into 4 burgers (or more depending on how thick you like them) .
Chill them for 1 hour.
Cook over medium heat for 10-15 min .
Serve on buns of your choice , topped with mustard , tomato pickle / tomato salsa .
Low fat and mega tasty !
