pcr2.1 ecu dead

Hi asking for help because is my first time with this nightmare.I have a car octavia 1.6 tdi cayc and stopped working.Code is p0606 and p0562.I checked the main relay and there is not ground.A69 is the pin from ecu and gives me 12v!!!!.
If i put external ground to relay fan spins fast and no starting.I have same ecu numbers but i do not know the next step.Tools available kess ktag vcds galletto vas 5054

Do you have eeprom and flash from orginal damaged ECU?

smok uhds with pcr licence you can adopt used ecu

Or get used ecu and someone with Odis and program used ecu👍
