Eeprom 93C46 (possibly marker C46) and probably "rotated"
I do not remember.
Read in 16-bit mode.
There is a free program called "Hexwrite" to look for it and in it you can nicely edit the VIN (ASCII ----> HEX paying attention to the capital letters!) You write the HEX data that goes here into the read content and then write it back.

I try to put vin number with diag machine berton and texa but Donat have conection with any ecu only with bsi , is a old car i read 93c46 rotated 8bit but Don’t have vin number in hex mode. Tomorrow I try remove resistor I don’t think that with this work but tomorrow I tell
