Is a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee ECU: 0 281 011 094

I read the SPI EEPROM 5P080C3 as ST95P08 with the UPA USB Programmer.

I'm trying to write the dump on the chip but could not write it as ST95P08. Looking for some info I'm trying with UPA, Orange5 and RT809H same problem

done writing with rt809h but the problem still persist. cut off key appear on the dash, the engine not start.
