Dear fellow members,
Currently i'm facing a quite interesting issue with my 48p2.38 HW 9642606280 SW 9644500980. I've noticed the car wasn't driving consistently and it seemed to be affected by the ambient temperature. After grinding through all the electrical schedule's of the car i've pinpointed the issue to the ECU.
The issue:
- MAP sensor input voltage is ~1 volt below the input voltage of the ECU.
- Intake Air sensor has an input voltage of around 4.6V instead of 5.
- All injectors GND pin's are 1.95V.
These facts make me asume there is a short somewhere between some sensor's and the injector's ground. There might be additional ECU pin's affected but haven't measured all of them.
I've took the ECU apart and there are a few IC's in there who seem suspicious.
These are the important one's:
- MAR9109PD
- L9113
- L9118PD
I've already did a smoke test but nothing came out of it.
To make things a bit more clear, i've added some picture's of the PCB and a part of the connection scheme. I have access to all scheme's with the numbers explained if neccesary.
My problem here is i don't have the needed information to continue my research, datasheets of the IC's for example would help a lot to pinpoint the exact problem.
Any help will be appreciated :).
