Hi friends, I need original flash file from vw golf 5

Car have discharge battery and someone in ecu is corrupt and loose communication and no start ofcourse, and I want start with good flash file. Ecu have good power suply and is live but every 30sec run and stop cooling fan.
Please someone can help me with good flash file for this ecu?
