Need full backup edc16C31 Jeep

Hi all
i need a full backup for ecu EDC16CP31 0281014759 for Jeep wrangler 2.8CRD
Or need if someone can repair my file.

Problem is after write with kess clone a file with dtc off, car not start and diagnostic doesn't recognize ecu

I attach the file with problem that i read with ktag
