MERCEDES A160 IMMO DUMP CORRUPTED

Hi Guys,
I have an issue with a Mercedes-Benz A160, the immo dump seems to be corrupted. Only shows FF's when read.
Is there a solution for immo off or working set?
ECU is Bosch 0265109630, mercedes part number 168 545 35 32. ECU has 24c02 eeprom.
Immo box is Siemens 5WK4 736, mercedes part number 168 820 04 26.

this is not ECU, this on pictures is ESP module, you can see it on the label. ECU is togheter with MAF, mounted on engine. you can do it virgin and use emulator or other immobox and personalise it with star
