VVDI2 KEY PROGRAMMING

Hello everyone!
General question for VVDI2 on VAG cars (key programming) .Thinking of purchase this product for key programming ( allready working on VAG cars with other products) . Anyone can advise for the safety of this device on reading for example BCM2 ,MQB clusters etc , in order to make keys?

i heard people had problems on time to time during reading eeprom or immo data on clusters or bcm2 from obd.
Thats why i am aksing
