Hey Everyone,

Whats the real steps to doing AKL on 2018+ KVM ? Do you have to remove MCU then virginize with a programmer then add keys with dealer tool ? There is no real documentation for these vehicles right now nor training.

Correct but you must replace MCU, KVM MCU can not be virgin because it has OTP (one time programming). mk3 sells them.

Hi Guys,
My question is:
If the F-pace 2018 original key is the old shape then the new key programming possible with the standard procedure? For example vvdiprog+vvdi2. Or doesn't matter the key shape and have to replace the mcu anyway?

Land and jag 2018+ only abrites may work may not work and oem dealer tool,pathfinder online offcourse work. Need replace mcu,write virgin dump and progtam online. Or buy new module from dealer and online.
Forget vvdi2 on this.

Yes, you can see. I have new MCU and I can replace the mcu and upload the virgin file but I don't have pathfinder for adapt it for the car.
So I was lucky. Old shape, old kvm.

2019 E pace spare key. ADVI did not recognise the existing key so I cancelled the operation as there was no point.
New key design.
