Help BMW code ISN for EWS

Hi guys, I have a problem, in bmw x3 E83 the ews 4.4 is broken, now I have find an used ews 4.4 with keys always for bmw x3 e83, now motor starter go on, but engine not start and in diagnosis I have EWS Manipolation, for this ews 4.4 there isn't an adaption dde-ews, I have find ISN from ecu engine it's F7504115262063946F622990E7FE3F94 but in ews 4.4 the ISN is only 4 bit, as I can convert isn ecu engine into isn ews?
