Pops and bags on a diesel?

Hi, so i just saw arround on youtube.
and i see this diesel cars with pops and bags??, is that even passible?

If it passible, someone wanna learn me to get it in ECM titanium or WINOLS? ( not out to buy something..., trying to learn to do it myself )
So if i should buy for every experience i will be broke asap xD
