DID ANYBODY TRY TO CLONE ID 48 ON GOLF MK6 OR SKODA OCTAVIA 2010 WITH VVDI KEY TOOL??

Hey guys did anybody try to clone id 48 chip on for example golf mk6 or skoda octavia 2010 is it working ?
it says for skoda that chip is precoded is that means you cannot clone it?

How weird ... it should clone it without problems .. it collects antenna data with original key and calculates online

ok i just wanted to ask i tried on older cars, on newer cars i didnt try yet. It is nice to know feedback from other users

If you dont want to many competitors, who find things very easy by web. Dont write everything very easy searchable.

Read forum 5 years everyday. And all other places where to find info.
Is one of the paths, how to get some knowledge in this game.
And the rest of years after that. Still need to read almost every day.
Asking is a different thing. Personally I try to avoid that. But it happens now and then.

why would this be risky ??? you are not messing up with car directly you are doing cloning ?

Copy the chip is not 100% safe like many people think


for example if you copy the chip ID48 on Honda with HB and stop decoding on the middle of the process the car will not start with this chip


also if the existing key contains rewritable chip like HB king chip or XT27 and you mess the order when to put the new chip and put the old and removed it before the end of the copy the origrinal chip will not work

I had heard that the chips were corrupted if they moved or the decoding was interrupted when cloning and I supposed that you say .. that the chip being editable could corrupt the info inside .. luckily it never happened to me .. and thanks for confirm it.

it's an 5 MINUTES job by OBD2 , no risk or kill working key , read immo data & made dealer key + turn on with with all key under 5 secondes ... ZERO token & ZERO wifi

some old cars like skoda octavia 1 kwp 1281 game me problem i couldnt learn key to the car with vvdi2 .It would just not adapt new key only recognising old key .

you need to use old devices/interfaces with old cars wich works better with kline cars, like old blue kline cable with old vcds lite...or vagcomander or something like that

This was the 1st time when I tried to clone Honda ID48. I tought that will be faster than program the chip. When I saw that will need long time I stopped decoding and after that the key not started the car

I'm always scared to clone DAF ID48 because it's got ID48 unlocked and you know, those trucks can't stuck for a day. And if chip gets wiped, only AVDI (and maybe ZED-Full) can program chip via OBD. Otherwise need to read HC08 immobox and not every programmer handle this and then not many can generate transponder from dump or have payment module for DAF.
