MB GLA 180 CDI SID310 cs correction please

Hi guys i read the ecu sid310 via abrites (bsl) and after tune the file i write via abrites (bsl) and car no start.
I think need cs correction.
i attaching the ori and tune file.

You must read and write it by KESS or other tool that checksum at writing.
