need to check remap quality, too much consumption

can someone check remap quality? when i bought he said that it have DPF off , egr OFF and remapped, but it seems like a stock no POWER.
also consumption 100km/l is 10L sometimes 9.3 ...



I have uploaded ORI file and DPF & EGR Off file too.

Its mk5 - 1.9 - 77 KW - 2007 manual 6.

This file only has dpf and egr off with stock power thats why it doesnt feel quicker
