FRM3 E90 problem corupted file

Hi guys. Data from FRM module:
FRM3R
S: 6135 9240530-1
AW: 9240536
sw 132001 hw 07
Ori file from Dflash and repaired result in attachment. But its seems partly erased. When i open this file with software for repairing i get message that no last block found results probably incorrect. It is possible this repair? Or someone have good file from this module?
