Mercedes Sprinter W905 616CDI swap to manual transmission

Hello, I changed the transmission from automatic to manual in a Sprinter W905 616cdi. The car has no communication with ABS and have DTC's errors: P2203, P2201, P0500, P1610 . Original file attached.
Is possible to remove automatic transmission in ecu?
