audi tt 8n dashboard problem

Hi,
i have problem with 2001 tt dashboard 8N1919880E
gauges are not working, when i perform test via diagnostic tool everything else works.
there is one error present: 'fuel sensor circuit open or shorted to b+'
Any ideas which ic or voltage should i check,

thanks for quick replay,
i have only phone at hand,
photos are in attachment,
speaker is covered with tape(while bench test it is annoying)
and one of smd 47u16v caps was replaced,(at the multi-meter it looked fine but metal cover was slightly damaged),
for now i found tle voltage stabilizer datasheet, and all three 5v outputs seems to be fine.
