Mercedes S350 need immo off

a customer came to me with a car merecedes s350 2004 with ecu bosch me2,8 after he replaced the battery car start 10 seconds then stops this happened many times , when i do with my xtool to do battery replacment procedure no faults in car ecu but then no starter any more tried replace battery , do diag nothing is wrong except immo off
he only have 1 key and ecu not recognize key ( immobolizer is active ) is there a way to do immo off for this car ?
if yes tell me which eprom to read as i dont work with this cars usually

if you can, post ecu part number, in many mercedes cars only way to make it running is make ecu virgin and sync via Xentry/das,
there should be 95p08 eeprom
