modding problems

Ok I have done everything that it has told me to do to mod my gamertag but it will not let me put the mod into the xbox folder and i cannot figure out why. can anyone help?

I figured out how to put the modded profile where it belongs but it is not showing up when i go to sign onto it. i know that i have it in the right folder and placed where it is supposed to be but it does not show up
