I bought a used Motorola NCG5 ECU and I need help to change the VIN or I need a eeprom Dump.

Orignal VIN is: 2B3LJ54T29H590403

do you have some good diagnostic tool?launch, autel, braibe...........just 5 minutes job.other way desolder the eeprom or make read bdm mode with some tool and write the vin with your hand's

dont know if will work but I wrote vin 2B3LJ54T29H590403 into eeprom file I did 2 different ways.. try and report
