Mercedes EDC16CP31...strange

Hi. i have here remaped Vito W639 with EDC16CP31 after my flash (i changing gear limiter because car was too strong on 1st gear) car runs as without power like without remap. I read / write car with kess v2 clone.... Can somebody tell me where can be problem ? Why car is without power? I try write back original from car but same thing - without power.

Yes car have power like without remap...but its remaped... In ecu it was remaped software

Before my read/write car go on +- 87-88mm3 after my write car go without power and i see max.60mm3....after write original what was in car is same 60mm3... :( what was bad

Do you mean mercedes star diag? No i dont have... What was problem or how to solve with this diag?

Bro belive me before my read/write car drive good but after my write car is without power....same after write original what was in car.... Without power... Something must f~~~ed up but i dont know what. Somebody have same isue?

how is the injection time?
does westgate work?

Car is without dtcs ( i drive 5km ) ... Without power after write....after write original from car before mod..too without power...( i mean without power...car go like stock like without write any modification but i double check mod is written in ECU)

here was...yes with kess v2 clone...vito_can was read when car runs good.....and second file was after when car lose power this files was 100% identical ( and for others dont talk about "remap" its not my work )

Yes i know bith files are identical...one was when car run good and 2nd was when car after my write lose power.

Today update: i try disconnect battery car start good and i reach 69mm3 but after change gear it drop on 60mm3 like before(no limp no anything) this is strange....and still runs on 60mm3...some ideas what can blowed? Or ECU have some mindf~~~



I flash about 10-15 this MB ecu but never have this strange problem...

After replace MAF and MAP + car is totally dead 48mm3 max inject....

Check air flow and EGR on idle,2000 and 3000rpm...post measurement here.
Also try without air filter...

MAF measure good
EGR is off long time (maybe 2years)

After like Babos say disconnect battery... I today connect it and make adaptation on maf....then car run very good +- 300m it inject 69mm3 then drop on 62mm3 and not go more... Its strange :( no limp , no dtc ... no anything

You are probably missing something in the diagnostics, I don't think the problem is in the file. Here you have the original file

What do you think i miss have some idea?

Me too think this..(because car go good and after flash was dead).but this ecu edc16cp31 dont lose after flash injector coding or something... This is strange for me ,because u dont here about something problem like i have.

Find a colleague with Star Diagnosis and look for the problem by looking at real-time data
