Galleto V0475 Problem to connect

Hello!
I have problem to connect Galleto 0475 to Windows 7 32 bit. I install fgtech software, but when i put usb with galleto, in Device Manager>Other Device dont show FGTECH, to update manually driver. Dont flash light on Galleto and dont hear relay click.
What is the problem? :hmmmm:

You have rewrite you de interface? is realy not recognize.

also you not have ftdi program good, or bricked firmware ,

Ok, but how can i rewrite interface? Do you have more information for that?
