Help W205 17.7.2 Kess-Ktag

Hello there, i am new in this forum and i have a few questions.
I have bought a clone kess and ktag and i want to updrade my cars engine Software.
I do notprogramm it, i only want to read it and someone modify it for me and i write back to my ECU.
MyCar is MB C180 1600ccm with ECU 17.7.2
Which device must i use?? Kess or Ktag?

Hi Av Digital, i have Seen in Ktag that i must Open the ECU and must aktivate the bootloader Pin.
Or i am false??
Why doesnt. IT run with Ktag???
